What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
- It has no analytics, tracking, advertising or social media plug-ins.
- It has no forms, no accounts and no comments, so it does not ask you for any personal data.
- It loads no embedded content, no external fonts and no external scripts. Everything on a page comes from this site itself.
Request logs at our host
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare receives and processes technical data about the request: your IP address, the address you asked for, the date and time, and details your browser sends, such as its type and the page that linked to us. Cloudflare needs this to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this processing can take place outside Belgium. Cloudflare's own privacy policy describes what it does with the data.
We do not add anything to this data and we do not use it to identify or follow visitors. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
If you write to us
If you send an email, we use your address and your message to answer you, and we keep them as long as we need to deal with your request and any follow-up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us, or taking steps at your request.
Links to other sites
The only link to another site is the one to the data protection authority below. Following it takes you to that site, which has its own privacy policy. Nothing from it is loaded while you read this site.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to support@emgt.group and we will answer.
You can also complain to the Belgian data protection authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
